| Description | Hi Mr. Yoon, As the explanation in these days, we've confirmed the root cause of ferrite core breaking issue is the extrusion between screw on top cover and screw on the heat sink. When our OP to assemble the top cover and bottom cover. They have to connect the pin connector on the top cover first. Because the FFC is too short and hard to be fixed on any position, the screw boss might extrude FFC cable to risk position (the screw on the heat sink) when they put the top cover on the bottom cover. Once the ferrite core was extruded on the screw on heat sink, it's risky to be broken. I attached the document for your reference. | ||||

Hi Mr. Yoon, I've discussed with our MERD about the short-term solution based on the meeting conclusion. Our factory is asking whether they could have 2pcs new sponge sample (484.00492.005LT 4050217315000V SPONGE 100*10*1mm REV.2 GP EVA) to verify the suggestion. May I have your help to check with Inkel for sample providing as soon as possible? This issue should already be fixed after introducing new FFC cable in 2nd MP. So, close this issue. |
